Growing up in a big family, Sunday dinners was a coming of age in Nakeya's household. Nakeya began cooking at young age as she was the second oldest of four children. Nakeya was born and raised in Hollis,Queens but her Jamaican mother introduced her to carribbean traditions that gives the kick and culture in majority of Nakeya's dishes.

Nakeya is now equipped and ready to serve a multitude with her catering business "Mouthful of Key". While she currently caters for cultural events and parties, she is now kicking off a Sunday Dinner series. You can now experience "Mouthful of Key" dishes every sunday with a variety of menus that you can enjoy and soon to be delivered to your front door. "Mouthful of Key" is currently available in the Jamaica, Queens area.
