"Jazz Up the Party" is your go-to event planning oasis; specializing in balloon decor and themed party designing. Founded by Jasmine Walker in 2019, "Jazz Up the Party" started as a favor for a family friend and has evolved into a full functioning business bringing smiles to children and parents all over the Tri-State area.

Jasmine was always drawn to anything art. She was the child with millions of doodles on her notebook and the over the top art projects. She used to volunteer to decorate the party for her close friends and family and later self taught herself on balloon decor. As she began to take on more events her craft grew as well as her confidence to tackle larger events.
