Have any of you reached that point in your life where your mind continually struggles with negativity? I imagine so, especially in times like these, which are so difficult, that we see so much going around us that calls us to be negative, but hey! being negative is a choice. Recently, I felt sick, despite having discarded the current virus and knowing that it was not that, I felt like my mind was bombarded with thoughts about; How bad am I really? What do I really have? will I feel better soon? I was sad and that's when I sat on the couch and did an internal analysis. Why to focus on the fact that you currently "feeling bad" instead of focusing on "I will feel better" why focusing yourself on "maybe I have this or that" instead of focusing on "whatever it is, soon I will be fine and continue forward" etc etc ... we live in a world that sometimes wants to force us to focus on the bad, on the negative, on things that absorb energy, but this will always always be a "Choice" and I choose to feel better, I choose that nothing bad It happens to me or affects me I choose that everything will be fine. Life is short for negativity, we are going to make this Day "Election Thursday". Choose to be alright and Release!!!!
